Join us in the Cushnoc Brewing Co. Tasting Room for an evening of delicious Mexican themed food and Cushnoc beer to benefit the Colonial Theater! 5-course small plates paired with Cushnoc beers described by head brewer Chris Geerlings. Courses prepared by downtown restaurants including; Riverfront Barbeque & Grille, Otto’s on the River, The Black & Tan, and Lisa’s Legit Burritos.

1 - The Black & Tan - Irish nachos. Paired with Janky Ass Amp Red Ale.
2 - Riverfront Barbeque & Grille - grilled watermelon salad on a bed of arugulla with candied orange peel, a jalapeno accent, cotija cheese, agave cilantro lime vinegarette, and garnished with ancho dusted fried plantain. Paired with Kresge Kolsch.
3 - Otto's on the River - Mexican chocolate and chili pepper glazed roasted chicken with a side of vegetable stuffed sweet potato and a mango salsa. Paired with Colonial Belgian dark.
4 - Lisa's Legit Burritos - Augusta - pork tamales served in their corn husk with sides of fresh guac and a fancy salsa. Paired with Aye Chihuahua.
5 - Circa 1885 - Pastel de Mango (Mango Pie) with a Chili-honey glaze. Paired with fruited Axis of Sour.
